B's Holiday Looks Take 2!

Have A Very, Merry Christmas!

I think I speak for many when I say I'm pretty bummed that the holidays are over. The least favorite part of the holidays for me is having to take down all the Christmas decorations and placing all my holiday clothing to the back of my closet. I'm actually still trying to figure how I can incorporate a few holiday pieces in my future looks for the months to come. For Christmas, I started my day with opening gifts with my entire family and afterwards we went out for breakfast. Afterwards, my sisters and I headed home to get dressed for dinner with a good friend of mine Amanda, (photographed above) and her family. We enjoyed delicious food and good laughs! We ended the night off with the movie theatre and went to go see the film "D'jango" which was ridiculously funny and a must see!

Sequins top The Limited, Jeans Levis old (something similar here) Heels Steve Madden

I've always been a fan of sequins but never actually owned something sequins in my closet. My blouse went perfect paired with my boyfriend fit levi's jeans. I thought the jeans allowed the blouse to still look causal even with my heels on.

Hope everyone enjoyed their Christmas! (:

Holiday Banquet

I attended a holiday banquet that my friend was hosting to fundraise for his church. I decided to go with this fitted and flare dress from the Lauren Conrad line at Kohl's and I wasn't disappointed. I first seen it worn by blogger Anna James of "Fash Blvd" (view here) and I died! The dress fit is perfect and I love the neutral shade of it, that way it doesn't limit me to what I an wear it with. I have a slight obsession with bows so that explains the huge shaped bow in the center of my waist line, ha!

The man of the hour!

I styled one of my best friends for the event. I thought she looked absolutely adorable and pulled off the look very well! What do you guys think?

Ring In The New Year!
Dress H&M, (similar here) Faux fur vest Bisou Bisou, Necklace New York & Company, (similar in white here) Belt old, Booties Forever21

This was my look for New Years eve I was so excited to finally add a faux fur vest to my wardrobe! Now I can channel my inner Rachel Zoe and wear it with almost everything! I wore my vest with a 3/4'' sleeve dress and added a belt at the waist. The belt is in a bow shape (which I created myself) and the material of the belt allows it to stand out over the vest. How are you liking my New Years look?
